- Nominet, the national registry for all internet domain names ending in .uk, has appointed Gill Crowther as director of HR. Crowther brings more than 10 years’ experience having worked in HR at Ford, GlaxoWellcome and Microsoft.
- Telecoms company Symbian has appointed Richard Lowther as executive vice-president, HR. He is responsible for all aspects of HR across the organisation. He was previously HR director for Dell’s UK and Ireland business and for its corporate functions across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
- Financial services group Alliance Trust has appointed Peter Hart as organisational development consultant. Hart was previously regional director at Citigroup Asset Management.
