On the move: Malachi Williams, Tony Vickers and Ian Todd

Malachi Williams has joined retailer Reiss as global head of HR. Williams was most recently HR director at the Morgans Hotel Group. He will lead a team of five and have responsibility for the recruitment and training of all areas of the business.

Tony Vickers has been appointed HR director at the Health Protection Agency, a non-departmental public body, having previously been HR director at the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust. He will be responsible for all HR needs of the agency’s 3,500 staff, including training and development and welfare.

Regulatory body the Nursing and Midwifery Council has appointed Ian Todd as director of Fitness to Practise (FtP). His key responsibilities will be running the FtP department and monitoring standards of performance. Todd was previously assistant director of operations â€“ performance improvement, urgent care and clinical development at the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
