Shirley Powell has joined the Stannah Group as group HR manager, based at its Andover head office. Powell joins Stannah from The Childcare Corporation, where she was head of HR. At Stannah, she will be responsible for group HR, including policies and procedures.

Paul Moran has joined LG Electronics as HR director, UK and Ireland. He will be responsible for creating, implementing and driving forward the people strategy, with an emphasis on raising the quality of the company’s HR service and delivery. Moran joins LG from Rockwell Automation, where he was HR director for North EMEA.
Stephanie Bird has joined the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as director of HR capability. Bird joins from BP, where she was HR vice-president, talent and organisation capability. She will be responsible for helping the CIPD develop its professional standards, qualifications and routes to membership.
