HR
professionals see outsourcing as a way to improve the strategic management of
human resources, according to a report by Reed Executive.
HR
Outsourcing: Managing the Lifecycle drew responses from HR managers in 120
organisations nationwide. More than half claim they most value the time
outsourcing creates to concentrate on strategy.
This
contrasts with just 17 per cent who point to the cost savings they had gained
from outsourcing HR, and 7 per cent who believe outsourcing produced a higher
quality HR product.

research concludes that HR professionals see HR outsourcing as a means of
freeing themselves from some of the more routine aspects within their
