Paul Turner, group HR business director at Lloyds TSB Group, kicked off the
HR Summit by making the case for good people management and practice. Turner
outlined initiatives at the bank designed to align HR to business strategy
including a new people strategy, a personnel call centre, HR project teams to
support the business through change and a corporate university.
