Personnel Today has announced the shortlist for its 2016 Awards, following much deliberation from our team of expert judges.
More than 100 organisations from a broad range of industries in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors made the shortlist this year.
Personnel Today editor Rob Moss said the entries exhibited “a passion and innovation that made it very difficult to choose who would make the final list”.
The shortlisted companies hailed from many different sectors – from big names such as Barclays and Dixons Carphone to smaller employers and consultancies.
The way the awards are judged means that each entry receives credit for the scale of the work it undertook, meaning that small and large organisations are often pitted against each other.
Now open for entries is the HR Supplier Partnership Award, which is exclusive to suppliers nominated by entrants to other categories in the Awards. This category closes on 29 July. The aim is to showcase the valuable work of suppliers to the HR industry – past entries have included those from software providers, learning and development companies, diversity consultants and assessment specialists.
All shortlisted individuals and teams are invited to the Annual Awards Shortlist Drinks Party on 13 September 2016 in central London.
The glittering awards ceremony takes place on 22 November 2016 at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane.
“Well done for everyone who has made the shortlist – once again the standard of entries was exceptionally high, and thank you to our panel of judges who have devoted the time to work out who makes the grade,” said Moss.
