Participants should be senior HR, personnel or training professionals with at least 5 years management experience (minimum of 3 years in HR management).

Career Opportunities
The PAC route of membership to the CIPD provides formal acknowledgement of competence of the participant’s role and recognition of their skills and abilities. MOL can assist PAC candidates to upgrade to Chartered or Fellow Member status of the CIPD.
