Retail union Usdaw launches Check Out Learning campaign at store tills

Retail union Usdaw is inviting its members to “check out” learning at the tills at some of the UK’s biggest retailers, including Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s.

The union is launchinga learning initiative available to front-line shop staff in their own stores. The Check Out Learning campaign is being rolled out in more than 80 stores nationally, with a series of roadshows offering employees the chance to sign up for a range of different courses.

It aims to enrol more than 1,000 newlearners this year.
