Staff sacked by the catering company Gate Gourmet have made allegations of bulying by managers to Sky News.
The dismissal of workers a week ago led to secondary action at Heathrow Airport that stranded 100,000 BA passengers.
“The managers were bullying us to work harder and harder in very bad conditions,” said one former worker. “We can’t go to the loo. We get a warning for it. You have to tell them where you are going. They time us.”

Gate Gourmet has refused to comment about conditions at the factory. The company sacked 670 people after protests about its use of casual workers.
More industrial action is being threatened over BA’s investigation into whether its staff were bullied into taking part in the wildcat strikes.
