The Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) has developed new generic profiles for band seven and eight (HR adviser advanced and head of HR) posts in the NHS. They have been agreed by the job evaluation group and will supplement the HR profiles previously agreed. Profiles for HR director posts have not been developed because they are not covered by the Agenda for Change pay system.
