Staff
turnover this quarter is expected to remain roughly static for both the
manufacturing and services sectors, according to the latest findings in the
Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI).
Developed
by Cranfield School of Management and the Daily Telegraph, in association with
Personnel Today, the RCI shows that staff turnover is expected to fall at a
slightly quicker rate in the services sector (-2 per cent), and the
manufacturing sector (-7 per cent), as well as overall (-5 per cent), than in
autumn 2003.
