Is your organisation fully prepared for shared parental leave? XpertHR is conducting a short benchmarking survey on how employers plan to deal with shared parental leave and pay.
Under the shared parental leave regulations, which came into force in December, working couples with babies due on or after 5 April 2015 are able to share leave and pay, provided that each parent qualifies in their own right. Similar rights apply for adoption.
Employers need to make decisions relating to shared parental leave, including whether or not to offer enhanced pay for employees on shared parental leave and whether or not to offer “shared-parental-leave-in-touch” (SPLIT) days.
Take part in this confidential XpertHR survey and receive:
- a complimentary copy of the data report, as soon as it is available; and
- a free copy of XpertHR’s 2014 maternity pay and leave arrangements report, emailed to you on completion of the survey.
