Specsavers has been voted the Most Trusted Optician by British consumers. The results of the well-respected Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands 2011 survey place Specsavers in first position for the 10th year running.
The award is voted for by the people who experience the service on a day-to-day basis – the consumers, but the results will assist HR managers with their decision-making process in finding trusted and reputable suppliers. Specsavers came out on top, ahead of Boots Opticians and D&A, for offering excellent value.
Jim Lythgow, director of strategic alliances for Specsavers Corporate Eyecare says, ‘We are very proud to have received this prestigious award once again. It is vitally important to us that our customers trust in our quality of service and our understanding of their needs. It is equally important that companies who are offering our service to their employees feel safe in the knowledge that their staff’s eyecare is in good hands.’
