Teambuilding – new joint venture

by Personnel Today 3 Sep 2009
by Personnel Today 3 Sep 2009

Craggan Outdoors and The Imagination Workshop are delighted to announce the launch of an exciting collaboration, bringing something brand new to the world of team building. We offer companies and organisations a combination of indoor and outdoor creative games and activities that help meet serious business objectives.

This fresh and stimulating approach has been developed in response to organisations needs to build their team relationships and develop collaborative behaviour. This exciting new combination will be based at Craggan Outdoors scenic Speyside location close to Aviemore. Clients will be able to tailor their programme by choosing from a wide range of outdoor activities, in combination with a choice of art and creativity centred team building exercises that are inspired by the beautiful location.

Craggan Outdoors is currently TripAdvisor.com’s top-rated outdoor activity centre in Scotland. Established in 2003, the centre currently offers a range of twenty activities, bunkhouse accommodation and a licensed cafe.

Keith Ballam, Managing Director of Craggan Outdoors said:

“Having significant career experience in the meetings, incentives, conferences & events (MICE) market, I am very much aware of the need of clients’ requirements to keep finding things that are new and innovative to help develop their teams, and accordingly am very excited about the new product offering that our relationship with the imagination workshop has developed.”

The imagination workshop owners Nicki Slater and Martin Slater both worked for many years in financial services companies, building and developing teams. They put all this experience to good use when developing the creative team events.

Martin Slater, Director of the imagination workshop said:
