Thames Valley Police force is launching a new staff support association for gay and lesbian officers and staff.
Thames Valley Gay Police Association was set up after a gap in the provision of local support for gay and lesbian staff was identified.
The association aims to support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender staff, tackle and reduce homophobic behaviour in the workplace, provide operational support to the force and work with external communities.
