The Dorchester hotel installs new HR and payroll system

Software provider TeamSpirit won the contract to supply its HR and payroll software to replace the existing in-house system from a previous supplier. The new system will handle the payroll for 535 permanent staff and 125 casual staff.

The Dorchester started the search for a new HR and payroll software provider in autumn last year. An external consultant evaluated 10 different suppliers before selecting TeamSpirit. System implementation began in May, with the first live payroll run completed in September 2006.
