There is a substantial range of tests in this book. It provides a host of ideas, statistical methods and reasoning behind the tests, plus plenty of insight into a wide range of crucial issues.

The book offers a myriad of interesting information and a variety of methods to test the reader. For trainers, it offers tips on how tests can help improve performance levels. There are distinct sections on the various tests available – verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, personality questionnaires and non-verbal reasoning, along with an excellent section with the answers and explanations.

The wide variety of subjects, both written and statistical, are well prepared, and all aspects can be quickly understood and put to good use straight away.

After going through each section in detail, there is a very positive and practical body of work that can stretch even the brightest of intellects. It gets the mind moving and speeds up the thinking process.

This book is real value for money at just £9.99, and would suit those involved in psychometric tests at a wide range of levels. Anyone from secondary school pupils and parents right through to university students and staff in the workplace could benefit.
