Tim Palmer joins PA Consulting Group to drive HR consultancy business

PA Consulting Group announced today that Tim Palmer has joined their People and Organisation Change practice, to drive PA’s HR transformation business.

The appointment of Tim Palmer, a well known figure in the HR transformation industry, will further strengthen PA’s position as one of the leading consultancies in the HR sourcing market.

Tim will focus on developing a range of activities to support HR leaders as they manage their organisations, including shared service creation and optimisation, outsourcing and strategic HR organisation design.

Tim, brings a wealth of experience, drawn from advising on the world’s largest transformational HR outsourcing contract and working with clients across different sectors including consumer goods, banking, transport, pharma and telecoms.

Tim is a Board Member of the HR Outsourcing Association, Europe and was named Outsourcing Professional of the Year, 2007, by the UK’s National Outsourcing Association.

Tim joins PA from EquaTerra where he led their European HR Practice. Prior to this he spent 15 years working within Accenture’s outsourcing businesses, including being one of the founders of Accenture HR Services in 2000, where he was the Head of Client Solutions and Chief Business Architect.

Tim Palmer commented:
