Leading Dutch telecoms provider KPN has signed a £29.7m deal with outsourcing company LogicaCMG.
The contract will see LogicaCMG take over the responsibility for running KPN’s Human Resources Shared Service Centre, based in The Hague.
LogicaCMG will run the call centre and the supporting HR information systems as well as the personnel and payroll administration for 17,000 employees.
Sixty HR experts from KPN’s service centre joined LogicaCMG on 1 January as part of the deal.
KPN said the deal would mean the service centre could be extended to service other large customers.
