Having this topic illustrated by two cavemen won’t be to everyone’s taste, but it will appeal to those with a quirky sense of humour and a degree of patience. The content is sound and the layout good – I found the ‘A negotiation should be…’ boxes particularly helpful. Much of the advice would work equally well with non-negotiation scenarios, such as the chapter on assessing the person you are dealing with: ‘Who is this person?’.
