Trade
union Bectu has launched a site specifically designed to give advice to members
working at BSkyB.
The
move follows a fiercely-fought year-long campaign by the union for recognition
rights at the company.
The
union claims staff have been intimidated over recognition, and that
working-conditions need to be improved.
Earlier
this year, BSkyB group HR director Craig McCoy resigned after sending a letter
to employees threatening job losses if they voted in favour of union
recognition.
The
HR department has also been subjected to a senior staff reshuffle.
