by Personnel Today 9 Aug 2005

Personnel Today readers have been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to win lunch with Mikhail Gorbachev, former president of the Soviet Union and Nobel Peace Prize winner, courtesy of the Leaders in London Summit 2005 conference organisers.

On 18 October, two lucky winners will join a small group of VIPs for lunch with Gorbachev at the Barbican centre, during the two day Leaders in London conference. In addition, winners will receive passes for the event, worth 3,000 each.

Now in its second year, Leaders in London will feature high-profile speakers including former US president Bill Clinton, former IBM chief executive Lou Gerstner, author and business guru Tom Peters and explorer Ranulph Fiennes, as well as Gorbachev.

Each of the speakers will deliver an address focusing on a particular aspect of leadership to an audience of the UK and Europe’s leading businessmen.
