Paul Wright, Managing Director at Wright Solutions explained “the benefits of coaching can be enormous. Although developing and introducing a coaching culture can appear daunting, our Masterclass helps managers to think clearly about how coaching can work within their own organisation. We help them to start off in the best way possible by identifying the steps they need to take, the pitfalls and the ten building blocks behind successful coaching programmes”.
