Wright Solutions’ Masterclass provides the essential first steps

Senior Managers looking to introduce a coaching culture within their organisation can discover the secrets of success thanks to a brand new event.


 


Developed by leading training and HR recruitment specialists Wright Solutions, the ground-breaking interactive workshop will provide a wealth of invaluable ideas and tips.


 


As a result, delegates will be given the direction they need to start working towards the implementation of a more comprehensive coaching culture that can be embraced by staff at all levels within the workplace.


 


Entitled “Introducing a High Performance Coaching Culture”, the half day workshop will take place in Birmingham on the 17th March.


 


Facilitating will be Paul Turner, former Head of People at the West Bromwich Building Society . Paul is vastly experienced in the field of coaching and was instrumental in leading the WBBS to over 100 prestigious national and international awards.


 


Since leaving WBBS, Paul Turner has been a strategic partner of Wright Solutions, delivering a number of executive coaching and training initiatives for several high profile clients. 


 


Paul Wright, Managing Director at Wright Solutions explained “the benefits of coaching can be enormous. However, the process of developing and introducing a coaching culture from scratch can at first appear daunting. Our latest Masterclass will help Managers to think clearly about coaching and what it means for their organisation.
