Zurich is looking worldwide for the financial services experts of the future with the launch of its latest Global Associate Programme.
Andrew Rolfe, Zurich’s head of resourcing, said the financial services provider’s scheme was unique in offering graduates a structured one-year programme.
The scheme includes domestic and international placements in a chosen specialist segment.
Zurich is aiming to recruit 60 associates in 12 countries.
Rolfe said, through the programme, graduates would be developed into senior technical experts with future leadership potential with the aim of securing their first management role in three to five years.
Rolfe said: “Zurich is committed to responding to the changing needs of not only our customers but also the people that work for us.
