What does your organisation do when employees request less straightforward forms of leave? XpertHR is conducting a short Benchmarking survey on how employers deal with requests for special leave and the amount of special leave employees take.
Special leave is defined as an agreed absence from work relating to specific, non-family-related circumstances, and not covered by the employee’s basic annual leave entitlement. This survey focuses on the following types of leave: charity work, jury service, reserve forces training and time off for study.
Completing this brief confidential survey will entitle you to:
- a complimentary copy of the data report on the survey findings, as soon as it is published; and
- a free copy of the XpertHR model policy on special leave entitlement, emailed to you on completion of the survey.
