Direct Law and Personnel wins new client

Manchester HR services firm Direct Law and Personnel are pleased to announce their new client, The Bluebird Bus Company.

DLP will be managing The Bluebird Bus Company’s total HR function for their 113 staff for the next three years; including recruitment, staff management, grievances, terminations and tribunals.

Judith Fiddler started DLP in 2001 and has since grown the company to a staff of 20. She explains why so many businesses are now switching to outsourcing their HR, “Our customers obviously find it to be cost effective and more efficient and strategic with access to expertise that they wouldn’t have available internally.”
