CTA is responsible for managing all national talent policies, standards and regulations on behalf of the Chinese Government. The project with MrTed supports an unprecedented nationwide initiative to develop and leverage online talent acquisition services to increase speed and accuracy of hiring for tens of thousands of companies across all industries throughout the country.
