Coaching: Katherine Tulpa talks to John Charlton

March sees one of the biggest events in the coaching calendar – the biannual Association for Coaching conference which will attract about 600 delegates.

Katherine Tulpa, chair of the Association for Coaching and an executive coach in her own right, tells John Charlton why she’s looking forward to the event and selects one session that stands out for her.

She also explains how the Association is addressing the pressing issue of coach accreditation.Tulpa also advises buyers of the key question they should ask of coaches before hiring them.
