TargetJobs is launched

by Personnel Today 2 Oct 2007
by Personnel Today 2 Oct 2007

targetjobs.co.uk is set to take the graduate recruitment market by storm following its launch this month, with 15,000 job opportunities already online. Part of Group GTI, the world’s largest specialist graduate publisher, the recruitment jobsite will also offer unique, in-depth careers advice, across 32 specific sectors.

The official jobs and careers website for UCAS, targetjobs.co.uk is aimed at both students and graduates up to two years post University. Drawing on a wealth of experience within the business, targetjobs.co.uk aims to offer MORE than its competitors – the site will offer more jobs and more career intelligence than is currently available on the market.

targetjobs.co.uk has more opportunities for graduates, from live jobs and graduate programmes to international internships than any other recruitment website.

Paul Sissons, CEO of Targetjobs, said; “Graduates don’t always know what career to follow after their degree so our site aims to not only help graduates find suitable employment, be that a placement or a permanent position, but to offer exclusive guidance and insight into the plethora of possible career options.”

At launch, targetjobs.co.uk will provide a free career assessment, powered by SHL, to help graduates evaluate their future career path. The site also offers access to sample CVs and covering letters; what’s more it includes advice on working abroad and an interactive forum for jobseekers.
