Sara Williams has been appointed as HR director at The Logic Group transaction company. She will take responsibility for all HR activities across 10 global sites, including recruitment, management development, compensation and employee relations.
Joe Mann MBE and Ian Thornley have been appointed as non-executive directors of Remploy, provider of employment opportunities for disabled people. Mann is a former general secretary of the National League of the Blind and Disabled and a member of the executive committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions. Thornley was previously chief executive of recruitment company Right4Staff.
