From a business perspective the new site will support Recruitment Genius’ competitive growth strategy by enabling it to expand at a faster rate thus delivering better long-term profits. With a not insignificant investment of over £50,000 Recruitment Genius is confident this new development is vital to the next phase of its growth. Since launch Recruitment Genius has grown at an exponential rate. This has been fuelled by the positive response it has received from businesses attracted to the alternative way of recruiting. Achieving month on month double-digit growth Recruitment Genius is also far from just a promising alternative. Achieving success rates of 93.4 per cent, compared to the industry average of 12.5 per cent, Recruitment Genius has more than proven its ability.
Recruitment Genius chief executive, Geoff Newman, said: “Online recruitment is, without a doubt, not just the future but the ‘now’. Businesses are looking for a more cost effective, reliable method of recruiting staff, and we represent that. However, in order to be able to truly support businesses of varying sizes and, therefore, varying recruitment needs we need to ensure we are robust enough to do this effectively. Our business model might, from the outside, seem simple. And to some degrees it is. However, we are also a finely tuned machine which combines significant IT investment with highly trained staff to ensure our service is seamless.
