Jane Smith and Rose Bevan have joined support services firm Mouchel Parkman’s HR team. Reporting to HR director Ruth Mundy, Smith has been appointed as head of learning and development, with Bevan joining as head of resourcing.
Transport services company National Express Group has announced the appointment of Alison Grace as group leadership development director. This new position has been created to drive forward the group’s leadership development programme and senior management succession planning.
Software giant Oracle has appointed Nick Foster as vice-president of HR for the UK, Ireland and South Africa. He will lead the region’s HR function, managing a team comprising staff from three different countries. Foster has more than 15 years’ experience in senior management HR positions, and joins from software firm BEA Systems.
