Chelsea Football Club is the venue for the next HR Directors Club event with guest speaker Sir Richard Needham.

Accepted in Whitehall as one of Britain’s most successful ministers for trade, Needham has become involved in a number of busi-nesses since leaving politics.

He is currently deputy chairman of Dyson Appli-ances. Come along and find out how he has been trying to keep the atmosphere of a successful family business in a corporation that is growing ever larger and more diverse.

Personnel Today articles are written by an expert team of award-winning journalists who have been covering HR and L&D for many years.
