Law firm Blake Lapthorn Linnell has appointed Alistair Gray as director of HR. Based at the firm’s Fareham office, Gray is responsible for HR policy and practice, facilities management and information services.
Dunnhumby, the consumer insight and marketing specialist, has appointed Naomi Sutcliffe as group HR director. Prior to this, she was head of global learning and development at Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
Steven D’Souza has been appointed by Abbey as the group’s diversity consultant. Previously, he was a business development manager and director of the leadership programme for the Windsor Fellowship, a leading national diversity charity.
Karen Hancock has joined the Arena Housing Association as HR manager. Based in Liverpool, she will manage all aspects of HR, from remuneration and benefits through job evaluation to front line employee and industrial relations.
