Learning and development specialist, pearcemayfield, has launched an e-learning course in project management which offers the flexibility in training demanded by today’s fast moving workplace.
When e-learning first arrived on the business scene in the 1990s, it was considered a radical idea, received with some scepticism. The increase of its use and its proven effectiveness as a learning and development tool have led to it now being regarded as a mainstream training method across organisations of all sizes in varying sectors.
PRINCE2® PASSPORT is a method of training, accredited by the APM Group, to support e-learning for the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner exams in project management. As the course is browser based, there is the freedom to purchase and access using either a CD or the Internet from any location.

The e-learning course incorporates the latest 2009 PRINCE2 updates, using video presentations with supporting notes for each lesson backed up with interactive exercises and exam simulations.
Currently 100% of people who use Passport to study the Foundation exam using and 94% who use it to study the Practitioner exam are successful. “We believe it is a cost-effective and time efficient solution for both individuals and organisations,“ said John Edmonds.
