KPMG has appointed Rachel Campbell global head of people, performance and culture and a member of KPMG’s global executive team. Campbell is currently head of people for KPMG Europe, a role that she will retain. She will work with KPMG member firms to drive KPMG’s “employer of choice” strategy globally.

Phillip Dixon has been appointed HR director at Sheffield Hallam University. Dixon has been working at the university since 2002, and was appointed deputy HR director in 2004. He has been acting HR director since 2008, and was previously in international HR with Portakabin. In his new position Dixon will be responsible for concluding the review of the current HR service and structure.

Driver training specialists the TTC Group have appointed Denise Westwood HR manager. A former marketing information officer for Carillion, Westwood’s new role was created to deal with an increase in employee numbers.
