Minimum service levels

Minimum service levels are being introduced to key public services in an effort by the UK government to reduce the disruption caused by strike action on the general public. The Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Act 2023 allows employers to issue work notices to staff, obliging them to work during a strike.
