E-learning provider Absolutely Training has launched a free training course to help businesses prepare for the smoke-free legislation which comes into force on 1 July 2007.
The online course will make it easier for employers to explain the implications of the legislation and the practical impact this will have on an employee’s right to smoke at work.
The course can be delivered “off-the-shelf” or customised to address specific requirements for an organisation.
Receive the Personnel Today Direct e-newsletter every Wednesday Employers wanting to access the free training course should visit Absolutely Training.
Absolutely Training said that managers and employees will benefit from the interactive and engaging training. Highly relevant and practical, the online module offers clear explanation and guidance and can be used as an ongoing reference tool. Sign up to our weekly round-up of HR news and guidance
The course compliments Absolutely Training’s existing range of employment law courses offered in partnership with law firm Beachcroft LLP.
