Workers
at Manchester airport have voted to step up industrial action by striking over
Easter unless a long-running jobs dispute is settled, according to website
Ananova.
The
website said members of the Transport and General Workers Union at the airport
decided to press ahead with a planned 36-hour walkout from March 21 and to
strike for four days over Easter.
Talks
between the two sides over plans to cut security jobs held in recent days have
failed to settle the dispute.
