Application Lynx appointed as preferred supplier to Norwich Union

by Personnel Today 24 Apr 2008
by Personnel Today 24 Apr 2008

Application Lynx, a leading provider of Human Capital Management and Payroll solutions and services, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed to the Preferred Supplier List for Norwich Union, which is part of Aviva plc – the world’s fifth-largest insurance group.

The process to establish the PSL was rigorous and was based on the ability of suppliers to deliver high quality value-for-money consultancy services to the business units in the UK.

Suppliers also had to demonstrate their corporate and social responsibility, a strong commitment to management and support of the client account, and to agree a commercial framework under which these services will be delivered.

Specifically, the appointment as a preferred supplier places Application Lynx – an Oracle Advantage Certified Partner – in a very good position to continue to provide Human Resource Management System consultancy services in support of Norwich Union’s HRMS Product Suite.

Mark Pulling, Managing Director at Application Lynx, commented,

“We’re proud to support such a prestigious company in the development of its Human Resource IT requirements. Our inclusion on the Norwich Union PSL to support the organisation in pursuit of its aim to develop and maintain the highest quality processes and outputs is a great achievement for us. We look forward to working with such a performance driven organisation which, in line with our own objectives, operates on the stated aim of achieving strategic goals as efficiently as possible.”
