Westminster Drug Project select Bowland Solutions to implement web-based 360 degree feedback system as part of their ongoing management development programme.
As part of their continuing management development programmes, Westminster Drug Project are working with Bowland Solutions to introduce a web-based 360 degree feedback system which will enable managers to get feedback which will inform their personal development plans.
Working from their own ‘desired professional behaviours’ documentation, Bowland will create a bespoke competency framework with supporting questionnaire to allow managers to complete a self-evaluation with additional feedback coming from peers, direct reports and potentially external partners too.
The on-line solution will produce a report which will then be shared with the feedback recipient during a face-to-face session by a trained ‘debriefer’; Bowland will be running the training programme in how to effectively conduct 360 degree feedback debriefs to a number of internal WDP staff.
John Rice, Sales & Marketing Director of Bowland Solutions adds, ‘This will be another project for us that allows us to work with a client from end-to-end throughout the 360 process; from the initial design phase through to how to deliver feedback in an effective and sensitive way – it is often this last part that will determine how useful individuals feel the process has been.’
