Cezanne Software, the HR and talent management system provider, has been taken over by Lefebvre Software, a Paris-based company that provides the Talentia software service.
Lefebvre’s chief executive officer Viviane Chaine-Ribeiro said the move will enable the company to expand in Europe: “With our professional products, talented people and expanding international presence, Lefebvre is well placed to support companies to effectively manage performance in the current climate.”
Around 700 Cezanne customers will now be looked after by Talentia, joining its 3,000 clients worldwide. Lefebvre will employ some 430 people in eight countries and will deliver an expected turnover of €60 million in 2013.
Lefebvre’s research and development director Philippe Perier believes the merger will enhance Talentia’s existing software: “Enhancing our existing solutions with the addition of a comprehensive range of strategic HR modules will enable us to deliver even more value to our customers.”
