Control Risks Screening, the global employee background screening provider, has announced the launch of a new employment screening service – EverScreen.
Unlike traditional pre-employment screening which generally occurs prior to a candidate commencing work, EverScreen continues after the initial pre-employment screening is completed.
An employee might start their career with a company with a clean background; however there is no guarantee that this will remain the case.
Debts mount, habits form, pressures rise, circumstances change and this can create a significant risk. While pre-employment
screening helps identify problem areas prior to starting employment, EverScreen ensures organisations minimise the risk over the longer term.

Jonny Cray, Managing Director of Control Risks Screening, EMEA comments: “By simply opting for a pre-employment screening programme organisations are creating a false sense of security. Employers have a perpetual need to protect against threats on an ongoing basis.”
“When times are hard and unemployment rises, individual circumstances can change significantly. People may start resorting to increasingly risky means to maintain their income. So, now is the time to look carefully at what ongoing screening your organisations
should be doing.”
