Detica add VB package to their benefits offering

Business and technology consultancy Detica has chosen Asperity Employee Benefits to provide a tailor-made discount scheme for its 1400 employees in the UK, following a thorough tender exercise.

The new scheme, Pick & Mix Extras, will run alongside the company’s flex programme in a streamlined benefits offering with a single sign-on process. It will offer employees significant savings on their shopping online, over the phone and in-store with discounts and Cashback offers available with retailers such as Comet, Asda and Vodafone.

Employees will also have access to a dedicated telephone helpdesk that provides support and advice for the scheme 7 days a week.

Jo Eagle, Reward & HR Analyst at Detica, said: “In these challenging financial times we are really pleased to offer our employees such a great range of retailer discounts and offers. We felt they would appreciate the opportunity to make genuine savings on everyday things like groceries and petrol. We’ll be working with Asperity to produce a regular news feed for our employees which will keep them updated on the latest and best offers on the site.“

Ross Musgrove, Head of Client Services at Asperity, added: “We’re looking forward to working with Detica to expand its benefits offering. Pick & Mix Extras will be based on our Reward Gateway platform but run alongside Detica’s flex package, to ensure employees see their benefits as a complete package that is easy to understand and use.”
