Agency staff are to set to be balloted for strike action over pay.
Unions
claim the company offered staff an additional 0.5 per cent in return for a days
holiday.
The
ballot will start in October, with unions – including GMB and Unison – calling
for a minimum increase of 3 per cent.

will met next week to discuss industrial action after the employer withdrew a
‘final’ offer last week.
