Finalists shortlisted for cHeRries Awards

Finalists have been announced for the keenly-contested annual cHeRries Awards which recognise achievements in human resources, recruitment and training in Northeast Scotland.

Open to individuals and/or teams from throughout the area, the awards are organised by Aberdeen-based event management company, cushydoos, with Aberdeen Business School at The Robert Gordon University as title sponsor and Kudos – Employee Benefits as supporting sponsor.

The categories, sponsors and finalists are: The cHeRries Blossoming Award (Aberdeen Business School at The Robert Gordon University):  Nicola Kinnell, Prospect; Gosia Poletek, Inspire; Isabel Howden, Technip UK. Karen Reid, Director, cushydoos, said: “The tremendous enthusiasm for the awards, from the high level of interest in entering and sponsoring to the quality of nominations and demand for tables on the evening, shows the value of the cHeRries and how important it is to celebrate excellence in the field of HR.

“It also demonstrates the sector is well-positioned to make a major contribution to the future by helping business and industry to retain, develop and recruit staff.”                            

A limited number of spaces remain available for the awards ceremony, in the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre on Thursday 28th May, which is expected to be attended by over 350.
