Food manufacturer Bakkavor Group selects Cezanne’s Global HR and Talent Management Software

Bakkavor Group, a leading manufacturing company specialising in freshly prepared foods, has selected Cezanne Software to provide systems to manage key strategic Human Resources (HR) activities across its international operations.

Bakkavor Group, with headquarters in the UK and Iceland, operates 57 factories and employs over 19,000 people in ten countries, with the majority of the factories UK based.  Cezanne Software is to supply solutions to enable the company to manage all aspects of HR including Succession Planning, Career Planning and Performance Management.  Cezanne’s systems were selected for their multi-lingual capabilities, and for the company’s strong track record in implementing international HR software solutions.

After a stringent procurement process, Bakkavor Group has purchased People, Recruitment, Performance, Succession and Career Planning and Organization Charting modules from Cezanne.  The software will cover core HR administration including sickness, absence monitoring, holiday management, discipline and grievance details, reward, pension and benefits.  The software will also be used to manage Bakkavor’s appraisal programme, personal development plans and help to identify those employees with high potential.

Also, the fact that Cezanne’s HR software supports multiple languages on a single instance of the product means that when our users sign on in France, the system will automatically display the application in French.”

Cezanne’s HR software solution will be integrated with other Bakkavor applications including Payroll and Time Attendance to eliminate duplicate data entry and ensure data integrity.
