Glass Bead Consulting, the HR Transformation specialists, launched a new suite of executive training courses on HR Transformation and HR Outsourcing (HRO) today. The one day courses will be held at the Institute of Directors, London. In today’s economic climate, HR needs to focus more on delivering strategic HR rather than administrative processes. The tools, techniques and case studies featured in the workshops will help HR leaders put this into practice back in the workplace.
The “Transforming HR to Deliver Business Results” workshop will focus on tools and techniques to ensure HR Transformation projects are delivered successfully. The course will look at assessing the health of the HR function, building the business case for change and implementation success factors. The executive workshop is aimed at HR leaders planning or involved in HR Transformation projects. The one day course will be run on 27th January and 17th March in 2010 at the Institute of Directors, London.
The “HR Outsourcing (HRO) Workshop” course will focus on the benefits and risks of outsourcing HR, analytic tools for deciding what to outsource, how to get best results from the procurement process and managing HRO contracts. The executive workshop is aimed at all those thinking about, planning or directly involved in HR Outsourcing. The one day course will be run on 28th January and 18th March in 2010 at the Institute of Directors, London.
Andrew Spence, a management consultant who specialises in HR Transformation and is leading the workshops said,
“Organisations usually know why they want to transform. However the skills required to manage HR are very different to those needed to transform HR. These executive courses aim to bridge the gap between the theory and successful implementation by providing delegates with tools and skills that work.”
