HDA works with Universal Music

HDA, a world class human capital consultancy with almost 30 years’ experience, have provided support on a number of levels to Universal Music, a global leader within the music industry.

As part of our sustained commitment to refining and developing our services and capabilities, a Client Quality Survey is performed every six months, the aim being to establish the views and opinions of the HDA programme.

The results of the survey identified candid feedback from a number of affected Universal Music employees who have been supported through the HDA Career Transition Programme.

Here are just some of the comments from the survey:

I found the programme to be extremely useful, and I am happy to report that I am now in the final stages of being made a permanent member of staff with the Universal Music Group.

I was very depressed when I was made redundant, but I met with my career consultant very soon afterwards and was greatly encouraged by what he had to say. I obtained several interviews later, due in great part to his advice about my CV.

I cannot thank you all enough for your help during what has been a difficult period in my life. I would have no hesitation in recommending HDA to other colleagues should they be in need of your assistance.

Found meetings with my career consultant to be very productive; made much use of the very helpful website, and looking forward to be able to use the material in the future

Invaluable in enabling me to see how my skills could be used in other areas.  CV writing and interview skills were also very valuable, and helped me to find the right job quickly

The self-employment workshop proved to be extremely useful, as it was a completely new area for me, and threw up a whole range of ideas.  I have had two 1:1 consultations so far, and they have been extremely beneficial.  In particular, it has been helpful to have someone to relate to, in that they have not only a great deal of experience, but can offer a fresh approach to issues. Many thanks

The Self Employment Workshop was excellent, particularly because it allowed me to meet people in a similar position. Helped lessen my feeling of isolation.
